- Original shoebox or packaging must be undamaged
- No visible signs of wear or perfume scents
HOW TO RETURN

INITIATE ONLINE
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return. Choose the reason for return and submit your request.

PACK SECURELY
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure collectible boxes are protected.

SHIP PARCEL
Affix the provided shipping label and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

REFUND STATUS
Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
